We called Floorcraft to come out and give us a quote. Dimitri came to do the quote and offered us several options, including oil—or water-based finishes. We originally thought we would go with oil-based finishes; however, after seeing the results of water-based finishes and their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based, which turned out to be a shorter process. They also offered a quick drying option with a blue light that helped us get into our home sooner after the work was done! Fabulous! These folks are amazing! They were easy to engage with and made us comfortable with their process. They worked around our request to do our project in the spring; however, I tore my ACL and had to push the project back (obviously unexpectedly) and they worked through that with us as well. We are happy with the results and very happy they were willing to wait until I was mobile and could engage in the process. Appreciate all their customer service and help on this project!
