I brought my Rolex GMT ll in to 5 Star Watch and Jewelry, not running.
After a 3 and a half week wait, I was able to pick up my watch in the same condition (if not better) than when I bought it, and was charged much less than Rolex quoted me for the same issue. Nearly half the price! Professional polish included.
The watch maker there is top notch, very knowledgeable, up front and honest. I would recommend 5 star for any repair big or small!
Took a watch in to get a battery replaced about a year ago. They said the battery should last 3-5 years, took the watch back and they were kind enough to replace the watch under the original work. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend anybody that needs watch repair!
I went in there to get a bent ring reshaped. Robert went ahead and took it back, and it was fixed (perfectly) and cleaned for no cost! I got my ring back within 10 minutes. Amazing staff and they definitely know what they’re doing there. I’m bringing all my jewelry here and here only.
