I’ve been coming here for years and always feel like it’s one big family. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, and the classes are both engaging and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning an Olympic martial art!

I can’t say enough good things about First Taekwondo! From the moment we walked in the instructors (aka Sabom) created a welcoming and positive atmosphere. My child has learned so much in the two years since we’ve been coming here, both in terms of discipline and self-confidence. The lessons are engaging, fun, and challenging in the best way as possible. The instructors are not only skilled, but incredibly patient and encouraging. This will be my fifth year training at first taekwondo. Amazing people, amazing instructors, and a perfect place to start learning martial arts. No matter how old or how young everyone is welcome.
