I recently saw Barbara and I had somehow strained my right shoulder and had very limited range of motion. She worked it thoroughly and it feels so much better now! I have full range of motion and even several days later, I’m still pain-free and able to do my full yoga and weights routine. Thanks so much, Barbara!
