Evolve Reno changed my life. I resolved life-long issues and am now living my life free of several past traumas. I wish I'd had this therapy decades ago. I highly recommend the practitioners here for a wide range of issues — mine were both physical and psychological (several traumas over several decades). I cannot say enough good things about Drs. Nicole, Stacy, and Abbe at Evolve - this kind of chiropractic care has truly impacted my quality of life physically and mentally. I was a bit scared of chiropractors because I did not have good experiences with certain manipulations or manual adjustments, and had no idea there were other approaches to care that are gentle and intuitive. I also recommend working with Kayla for SRI breathwork, which I found to be a holistic way to mind-body integration. This kind of body work has been very therapeutic, and they do a good job of explaining how your emotional and physical bodies are communicating.

I first started coming to Evolve after much advice from friends and family.After some newly acquired life stresses I finally made the decision to go. Immediately on entering the studio I felt an amazing calm, relaxed vibe. After the first few sessions I felt great! It's awesome that Nicole is so knowledgable and informative -I left feeling like I knew more about myself and my body and it's relationship to stress from our mind/life and how they correlate than I did before.
