Evolve Reno changed my life. I resolved life-long issues and am now living my life free of several past traumas. I wish I'd had this therapy decades ago. I highly recommend the practitioners here for a wide range of issues — mine were both physical and psychological (several traumas over several decades). My suggestion is to follow the program they advise for your individualized journey. I did that and gradually got better and better. Then I had two major breakthroughs that were super healing. Thank you, Stacy and the team for changing my life.

I first started coming to Evolve after much advice from friends and family.After some newly acquired life stresses I finally made the decision to go. Immediately on entering the studio I felt an amazing calm, relaxed vibe. After the first few sessions I felt great! It's awesome that Nicole is so knowledgable and informative -I left feeling like I knew more about myself and my body and it's relationship to stress from our mind/life and how they correlate than I did before. I cannot recommend Nicole enough! She is simply amazing. I've been seeing her for close to 2 years now. I have disc/back issues and recently had surgery. She has always been so helpful in my pre and post surgery treatment. I love that she's not like other chriopractors who crack and pop your joints for quick fixes. She actually works with your spine to create long-term and lasting results. I just love this woman and how she helps people!
