I love this place! The mother-daughter team running Element is very helpful. They know their business well. They've helped me when selecting which beds, lotions, and packages to choose based on my needs and preferences. I'm a consultant for customer experience, and I have to say, these ladies think of everything. The facilities are clean, and there are always fresh wipes, goggles, towels, candies, and body spray to clean up after your tan. They have a great selection of lotions and samples. I love everything about this place. Stacy, the new owner, knows how to take care of her customers. The beds work really well, and the space is clean and welcoming. Element Tanning also has a Red Light bed, which is an added bonus.
If you have a sweet tooth, there’s usually a bowl of complimentary candy on the counter! They also provide towels, waters, wipes and deodorant. I will never go anywhere else. Stacy and her girls make you feel like family.

Isabell is great with recommendations. Their make you want to keep coming back. I got a little burnt because I didn't put lotion on my belly and Isabell was able to help and correct me so I got an even and perfect tan. The doggies and plants create such a fabulous calm vibe, even when they are busy they feel attentive and service is personal.
