Recently I purchased big screen TV through Costco, along with the mounting bracket and installation. Unfortunately, the installer, not only showed up 5 hours late, but his installation, was very poorly done. Four holes had to be drilled, but he missed drilled three holes, so he had to drill multiple holes for three of the mounting bolts.
Dealing with Angi and Costco, they both requested I get quotes on the estimated damages to my wall. I contacted EC Construction and later called by Danny Gonzalez with EC Construction. EC Construction was the contractor recommended by the HOA to restore a condo in Reno after remediation for a leak. EC’s estimator/job supervisor, Frank Aguilar, was phenomenal to work with throughout this complex, time consuming project. Frank is a terrific communicator. He kept us posted over the phone, on FaceTime, via email, and met with me in person whenever I was in town. EC has an in-house crew of skilled, conscientious tradespeople plus a cadre of top notch sub-contractors and a helpful team in the office - the value of these resources cannot be understated. I manage condominium projects. They are great to work with. I've used them on several different types of jobs. They are quick to respond and courteous to the residents. Great follow through with work when they need to come back. I would highly recommend this company.
