Harsh environment. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15; the staffer actually told me I would have to reschedule because it was now 8:16. A second staffer confirmed that. I had moved mountains to get there that morning, I was reduced to tears. I was told Dr. Raven could see me in an hour as I did not wish to pay the no-show fee. I expect compassion and understanding from my healthcare provider. I am not there to support their practice - they are there to support me. The appointment was humiliating, tense, awkward. I will not be back. Looking for an empathetic office.

I would put zero stars if I could. I called to reschedule my appointment and I got a new date and a new time and was happy. The morning of my appointment I call to confirm the time and she says I have no appointment that day and in fact I no call no showed for my last appointment so I explain to her that's impossible and I called and rescheduled and she had no remorse for my situation and she didn't apologize for something their office messed up on. Who just makes this up and wakes up early and goes out of their way to call and confirm an appointment? I had done my hair and I was in the process of doing my makeup. I have no reason to lie about this. Well counting my yeeaaars ago first appointment I made with them and now this one I no call no showed apparently twice and now they won't book me in the future. Woooow you guys are ridiculous. I didn't no call no show twice just once with a reschedule! Soooo livid. The staff are too dumb to handle a simple reschedule and on top of that are rude enough to not give a fuck they fucked up.

After my gynecologist of over a decade moved to Australia I was forced to find a new one. I decided to go to Dr. Raven since my mom goes to her also. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in about a month out. A little long to get an appointment but I called several other places and that time frame was about par for the course. I went in about 10 minutes early (I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early oops) my appointment time was 9:30. The paperwork was quick and easy. I sat for a little while and read a magazine (they have a nice magazine selection!) Now, I'm a wife, mother and have a demanding career so I actually enjoy sitting somewhere and getting to read a magazine, it's kinda like a vacation, but I was taken back to the room rather quickly. Sat in the room for a short time, Dr. Raven came in and introduced herself chatted for a while then left so I could disrobe for my annual exam. The women reading this know how these exams go, they are not fun but Dr. Raven was gentle, personable and pleasant, but most important she was fast! I was out of the office by 10:05 Other things worth mentioning: exam room and office a bit dated but clean, and the office staff is friendly. Hopefully Dr. Raven won't move out of the area because I think I'll make her my new gynecologist! See you next year!
