I would put zero stars if I could. I called to reschedule my appointment and I got a new date and a new time and was happy. The morning of my appointment I call to confirm the time and she says I have no appointment that day and in fact I no call no showed for my last appointment so I explain to her that's impossible and I called and rescheduled and she had no remorse for my situation and she didn't apologize for something their office messed up on. Who just makes this up and wakes up early and goes out of their way to call and confirm an appointment? I had done my hair and I was in the process of doing my makeup. After my gynecologist of over a decade moved to Australia I was forced to find a new one. I decided to go to Dr. Raven since my mom goes to her also. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in about a month out. A little long to get an appointment but I called several other places and that time frame was about par for the course. I went in about 10 minutes early (I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early oops) my appointment time was 9:30. The paperwork was quick and easy. I sat for a little while and read a magazine (they have a nice magazine selection!)
