Dr. Baker, Dr. Kraft and their staff are always kind and helpful. They have taken amazing care of our dog and see him immediately if he's having issues. I highly recommend them to anyone who has pets. Thank you!!

Be careful when you go here they will rip you off on price and charge you for everything they possibly can. My wife took our dog here. We got two prescriptions that cost almost $300. One of the prescriptions was not even necessary. They did not explain to us what the charges were for my wife paid it without realizing it. when we tried to return the prescriptions they said we couldn’t and there was nothing they could do. They don’t care about the customer. All they care about is how much money they can rake in from you.

The staff and Dr. Baker are extremely friendly, transparent, caring and understanding. The little videos of my pet after her visit with Dr. Baker are too cute and I appreciate them. I feel the price is reasonable for the care your pet needs.

My dog is reactive. His last vet did not accommodate him in any way so he is not a fan of vet visits. I found Damonte Ranch animal hospital by doing a lot of research online and man what a difference they made for my little guy. They were so accommodating to his needs and super mindful of trying not to continue giving him a bad experience while at the vet that I appreciate so much.

They gave me a quote to fix my kitten then tried to add 200 dollars to the price last minute. If I didn't call to check the price for a second time I would have paid about 500 bucks to fix my kitten. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful staff with exception on one receptionist. This place really disappointed me. Money hungry establishment!!!

Let me start with Dr Kraft is wonderful but as long as Dr Baker is around I will never take my animals back. My 4yr old cat was vomiting not eating. She kept her for 3 days and did all the tests. That is not what is frustrating. The issue is that I called and spoke to someone to authorize more tests. I told them this is getting really expensive and I can’t keep giving a thousand dollars a day and have no answer. I am told “she is trying to keep it minimal”. I go visit my kitty and it took 30 minutes for single staff to speak to me or ask if I wanted to open her cage. I had brought treats and food as I know my animal won’t eat other food. At this point we are 2 days no food. I leave and get a call day 3 at 830am asking for more food to be brought. I bring food and the front desk person ignores me for 10 minutes and then looks up takes the food and walks away. An hour later I get video saying my animal can go home. So why did I end up not be allowed to pick her up until 6pm and then sat for an hour waiting. Then was asked to get my cat from the kennel cause she is spicy. So they charged me for a whole day of hospitalization and are afraid of my cat. All Dr Baker wants is money. The more I talk to people about it the more I hear the same issues that I had. I am sad to leave Dr Kraft as she is so kind and genuine. But I will never let Dr Baker touch either of my animals again. Do you research and ask other vets the same questions before you take them here.
