We had been broken down for two weeks and were at our wits end as we had been stood up by two other mobile mechanics who promised to show up and never did. I found this company here on Yelp, and as soon as the tech came out, he knew right away what the issue was after doing a diagnostic and actually listening to us as we told him everything we had already replaced. A couple of days later, they came back out to fix the problem, which was the fuel pump . We can't even begin to say how thankful we are for their professionalism and timely repair. We highly recommend this company if you ever need a mobile mechanic as they're prompt, reasonable, and reliable. We will definitely use them again.
I had an excellent experience and can't recommend Kris enough. My F-150 was overheating, and I wasn't sure why, as there was no apparent coolant leak, but the coolant was still getting low all the time. Strangely I always had what looked like water and oil dripping from the bottom of my vehicle.I called Kris, and he estimated he'd be at my place at 1 PM but got done early and came by to look at my truck. He was able to see dried coolant around the water pump. Turns out the *previous shop* to work on it had not put all the bolts for the water pump back on (something I honestly wouldn't think of looking for), which leads me to believe that when my engine is under load (towing) that I lose coolant due to evaporation from the gap where the previous mechanic either didn't bother to put the bolt back and or lost it.Kris got everything back together - all right at my house - and I was good to go; it's been over a week, and my truck has no more overheating issues or leaks.I appreciate Kris' honesty and promptness. I can't recommend him enough.
These guys are great! Had a check engine light cone on along with reduced engine power. They came out, hooked the car up to a computer and drove it around. Diagnosed the problem. We looked together at prices for the part. Rock Auto was half the price of O'Reilly. Ordered part and they cane out installed and calibrated. Their diagnostic fee is a small amount less than the other and they gave me a credit back since they installed the part Just a wonderful experience
