I am so happy with my new floor! I was not happy when my house flooded, but the new floors are beautiful. I enjoyed working with Ceasar. I had already worked with him several times in the past. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the very knowlegable Rosa. She was super helpful, and very fun. She kept everyone on track. She suggested an absolutely gorgeous wall tile for my new modern fireplace and it is stunning. Delfino worked his magic again, and whitewashed my maple floors for a well needed modern update. Angel was the installer and I got what I had searched for. A floor that was installed beautifully and I keep noticing the extra mile Angel went. I live quite far from Reno and I didn’t have anyone local I trusted. The job was a mixture of old carpet,pad and laminate but they had heartybacker glued and over ring shanked underneath the laminate which was glued. I personally pulled over 90 ring shanks in a 3x3 area. Yes I took the week off to help because they only sent one guy Angel. Well let me tell you he’s definitely an Angel from heaven. He never got upset at all the difficulties we encountered and he was so talented at what he did and nothing I mean nothing phased... read full review

Jessica and the rest of the team at BHF were awesome! From day 1 they were prompt, professional, and very helpful in selections, changes, and scheduling. I would definitely recommend them!
