Needed to locate last years and recent years school/sports digital photos and reach out to bell photo via email. Within couple of hours I received an email reply from Cole at bell photos stating that he located all the digital downloads I requested. I was shocked how quickly bell photo responded base on my request. Thank you to Cole for prompt and accurate service!!!

They accommodated my son, after he missed his Kindergarten graduation pictures at school. We were able to come in within 2 hrs of asking, and the process was easy and quick. they asked if i liked the first picture, and were more than willing to take a 2nd picture. Very sweet photgrapher as well as the 2nd emplyee who helped my son into and out of the grad gown, and postition. Thank you so much.

UPDATE BELOW.
I wanted to say I was very disappointed with her 3rd grade spring pictures that we received that were taken at her school. Every day I have been asking if she received her pictures and when we finally got them how disappointed I was that her sweatshirt jacket was still on! I would think that as professional photographers you would see she has a very pretty dress under her every day wear jacket and I can't see why you wouldn't ask her to remove her jacket! I didn't want to buy any of the pictures but my daughter was upset so I got one sheet but I'm so reluctant to buy such terrible pictures. We bought a special dress and everything!
