his ad advertises 24/7, and he ain't kiddin'! cesar came out on a sunday to look at a small (huge to us!) inside problem, said he needed to research a couple things, and came back out on tuesday. bought parts for the project and had it fixed in less than 2 hours - and way more than reasonable charge! plus he's a very fun and pleasant guy - very enthusiastic about his work, and did total cleanup afterwards - will most definitely call him again for any other projects! thanks, cesar!
