I bought a Groupon for them and tried to make contact by phone during their entire business day to make an appointment until giving up and trading in my Groupon. I got a different one from License to Sooth and they emailed me back within five minutes, and I sent the email after 9:30 pm. Waste of time but at least I found a massage therapist that actually cares
