I'll start by saying the staff here are incredible, every single one of them are respectful, professional, kind, and just all around great people. I did six months of routine laser hair removal treatments (every six weeks) for my Brazilian area. I was unhappy with the hair reduction and about a year later returned for another full year of consistent treatments (every six weeks) for both Brazilian and underarms, plus laser tattoo removal for numerous tattoos. Shannon is a wonderful business woman without being pushy. She guides and educates wonderfully:) Her knowledge is big! …which is ultra important when it comes to laser. Apex has some of the nicest lasers, the variety makes it great for all different issues and needs. She is very accommodating and comforting!
