I needed Routine Night Patrols for my Commercial Property and Alert Security was able to accomodate immediately. They were very easy to communicate with and have shown excellent flexibility and responsiveness. Daily Vision Insights report is very useful and keeps me well informed on the Patrol Activity and very importantly the Lack of Unwanted Activity (Homeless and any other Non Customer/Tenant) on site. Occasionally a photo from another property gets attached to my report, but they always do the Patrols on my property. For me the cost/pricing is reasonable and the value is there.
