After 48 years our water heater stopped working. As we have insurance on our home appliances, we assumed this would not be an issue. (THAT's another story!) This is about Rick from Absolute. He arrived promptly and temporarily fixed our WH. Very pleasant and professional, even though I think he got pulled off another job to do ours. Once authorization was given, he returned punctually, installed a new water heater with true professionalism. I would certainly seek his services again in the future.
It's hard to say enough about the service from Rick today. He was on site within 30 minutes of contacting me about the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and didn't over charge for the work.
