I am so disappointed. I called and talked to Allison for a long time asked questions and had a plan. Texted her to set up the exact date and time. Texted and called the day before to confirm and she completely ghosted us. She never even showed up.

I've been working with Allison and her team for about a year now as the regular cleaning team for our rental in Reno. Her team has been incredible - extremely thorough cleaning, pointing out issues, making suggestions and referring me to other great services when needed such as handymen and other professionals. Her prices are extremely fair, lower than most and they often go above and beyond with things like tidying up the backyard! Allison is very quick and easy to communicate with and does a great job getting us on her schedule. I highly recommend her team as they make sure each guest will feel welcomed into a clean and comfortable home. Many guests have left reviews mentioning the cleanliness of our home which makes us feel great!
