With most of the instructors having over 20 years of experience in martial arts, this is a great place for students to learn practical martial arts and life skills. Adults and children can learn and train here. Depending on the kid, they can start as young as 4 years old. Students can learn standup, ground and weapon techniques.
Great studio, the teachers are very respectful and considerate of all skill levels and ages! If you are interested in starting MMA or other forms of self defense training. Definitely check out this spot!
Great ownership and instructors. Have tried other dojos and this one is by far and away leaps and bounds ahead of the other ones.Can't say enough great things about this school.
