The woman on the phone treated me like I was an idiot because I asked a simple question, because her phrasing had been unclear. She was careless, rude and disrespectful and then had the nerve to say “okay! Have a good day!” Gross. Plus the fact that this clinic is only open one day a week is ridiculous. They make you wait forever to get to your appointment.

FINALLY, a girl doc that listens and is so kind! I’ve had the worst time with doctors not listening to my symptoms by telling me it’s anxiety. ?? I will update if we balance everything out. IKYKY aka all of us girls.

This 5 stars review is regarding Julia Sung. She is absolutely the best. And I make sure I always schedule my appointments with her. She makes me feel so comfortable, she takes time to actually get to know her patients and she does not treat you as a number. When I have a none emergent need, I can send her a message through the app, and you can be sure she will answer and address the issue. I love her! Julia if you read this review, please know you are very appreciated! Way to go!!Regarding this office however, I believe they could do better with patients privacy.
