This is my second set of treatments here . Had a very positive experience the first time. I was rather skeptical but by the end of treatment 6-7 weeks I was feeling so much better. Today was first treatment appointment after the evaluation, it went extremely well. Joseph G. Was fantastic ! He's very helpful;, demonstrated each exercise, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable . That combined with massage to stretch the muscles I left feeling much better than I had felt in a month . Lastly, the front office staff is wonderful ; all were friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend Optimal therapy !

I'm here for my wrists(carpal tunnel), I'm not very good with places like dr's offices, hospitals; Anywhere of that type of nature bothers me, but the staff here are all absolutely amazing. Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable, the therapists are patient, and the front office staff are always super helpful and on top of everything. They make me feel comfortable and are super encouraging and understanding with me. If you're looking for somewhere to do your physical therapy, this is the best place.
