Do NOT take your xbox here. Microsoft charges $300 to send it in and if they can't fix it they will send you a working refurbished model. This place if you dont have the $40 a month asurion insurance charges $130 to look at it and if they can't get it to turn on you just lose $130. I've taken other electronics there such as phones and they've been great. Their staff is always great but as a licensed Microsoft repair shop $130 to possibly do nothing vs $300 to for sure get a working xbox back you can make that decision..
