Kiyo was super helpful and responsive! He handled my brother’s phone with care and informed us of all the benefits included with submitting a claim through Verizon. I 100% recommend this Asurion location. :)

My iPhone 15’s screen went black and unresponsive. Apple was trying to charge me $318 to fix it. I’m glad I went with my gut and found this place instead. I walked in and they were able to help me file a claim in store. Liz was extremely helpful and my phone was fixed within 2 hours! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Liz and Daniel took such good care of my daughter‘s iPad. I brought it in for repair. I was informed they may have it done by the end of the day possibly the next day and I told them it was for my daughter who’s six and as soon as they could have it, I would appreciate it, and your team made the impossible happen. They got the repair done before the middle of the day and so when my daughter comes home from school. She’s gonna be so excited that her iPad is fixed and at home and she doesn’t have to wait until the weekend to get it back. I will definitely be coming back. They were very friendly. I always have a good experience at the store.
