Worst experience! My son and grandson were just denied service at this location due to having a service animal. I can't ever remember having this kind of issue at ANY other establishment, restaurant, shopping malls, car dealer, movie theaters. Anywhere! The amount and level of rigorous training that animals go through to become a service animal is more than most people spend in college. The Federal Civil Rights Law, the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Defines a service animal as any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform a task for a person with a disability (the disability may not be visible). Furthermore, businesses may not ask for 1) Special identification for the animal. 2) About the person's disability. 3) Charge additional fees because of the animal and 4) Refuse admittance, isolate, segregate or treat the person less favorable than other patrons just because you don't like dogs, a type of dog, a color or how big or small the animal is, it is against the law. The level of unprofessionalism, outright breaking of several federal laws against a disabled person as well as doing this in front of this persons child is unfathomable to say the least and says so much about the character of the people running this establishment. You can rest assured they will not be back to your place of business and will be talking to legal counsel.

Jessica is the greatest master of silky smooth hair, crispy clean lineups, and has a rockstar personality. The only reason I go here, not for a $30 haircut. Shout out Ashley & Dani, also great cuts and great service that leave you walking out smiling.
