A little late review (installed in 2020) but better late then never. First off Doug is very straight forward with his bids which is not a bad thing but at first rubbed me the wrong way. However he knows his product. When doing the bid I asked him to do something that he would not do and he point blank said it just like that BUT funny thing is this, my parents did what I asked him to do of which he would not do (from a different company) and what and why he said he would not do it happened to my parents that portion of cabinets that my parents had done fell apart and that is exactly what Doug said to me would happen if he did it.
