When I called man was rude after I said I didn't need repair til May n hung up on me. I called back saying how rude that was and hung up on him.

SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!They will charge you $70 for a service call and then send you a message 1 hour before your appointment saying they're not available and to call them to reschedule. Then the number they give you goes straight to voicemail and they don't call you back. But the $70 charge will be collected. Then I read a complaint on Better Business Bureau website that this company only comes to diagnose your problem, then they call out for another company to come in and do the repair. COMPLETE SCAM!

Walked in said he knew what was wrong charged 150 and ran out. Refridgerator is in the same state it was before he came. GARBAGE!!!!!
