Nevada JobConnect offers a welcoming environment and helpful staff. The receptionist provides a nice and friendly first impression. Trained professionals assist with making resumes and finding employment, taking the time to understand individual needs and circumstances. The center provides resources such as free computer, fax, and copy services, as well as assistance with obtaining essential items like food and clothing. With a good attitude and identification, individuals can access these services and gain support in achieving their job goals. The staff is described as amazing, resourceful, and providing excellent customer service.
Just because it may not be your job you still work here and know the rules. Oh but you only help your kind. Interesting.... other then the shoulder shrug, followed by the idk it was helpful. The woman that assisted me was. Got me in and out. Very efficient
EmployNV provided me the opportunity to obtain my Class A CDL. My caseworker was Ms. Jennifer Presley. I thought the process would take a lot longer than it did. I had to put in some footwork. But I was able to obtain funding within a month. And start classes the next month. Ms. Presley was also helpful in helping build my profile resume and provide job leads before I started classes. Amaya & the entire staff at Nevada JobConnect are truly amazing & resourceful! Love the customer service as soon as I entered the door. There is a plethora of resources & services. I was luckily provided with their information when I was calling agencies to get a required/certified typing test completed. Everyone is awesome there!
