I highly recommend Hair By Rita. My mother and I can attest to her phenomenal skills of color and cut and style. Rita is the pinnacle of what one could wish for in a hair expert. She knows what she is doing. There is no contest, absolutely no doubt in my mind that she is a color and highlight magician!! Her vast knowledge is so humbling.
