“Yvette is amazing!! I got my eyebrows done by her and let me tell you she did an amazing job. I was so nervous because it was my first time but Yvette's professionalism mad me feel so much better. Yvette explained everything throughly and made sure I felt comfortable. She was super gentle and kept asking if I was okay throughout the whole appointment. She gives you an aftercare kit with instructions on how to treat your brows afterwards. My favorite part of my aftercare kit was the brow cleanser. It smelled so good ! She was super attentive about the healing process as well & seriously my healing process was easy & the healed soooo good. I was aiming for a natural look and she nailed it ! “My husband and I decided to visit Vegas for our anniversary. We arrived late Friday. Super tired from a long work week, we only had enough energy to take showers and hit the bed. Upon waking the next morning, I noticed a Huge knot on the crown of my head. What?! How the heck did that happen? My husband and I tried to remove the knot but we were unsuccessful. I became frustrated and extremely emotional. I believed I was going to have to cut off my long hair. My husband found a beauty salon and he called to see if they would be able to help. Norma answered and said to come right in. I walked into the salon discouraged and disappointed. I had already accepted my fate, a short cut, was in my immediate future. Norma reviewed my hair knot and reassured me that it could be removed. She looked at me and said, "I will give you a trim." She sounded so confident, I believed I was in good hands. Needless to say after about 25 minutes, the knot was removed! HAPPY DANCE!!!! Norma proceeded to cut and style my hair. She also gave me advice and a certain product to help prevent future hair knots. Thank you so very much, Norma! You saved this Texas woman's hair! Positively splendid establishment! “I enjoyed coming to this salon, prices are nice and so are the workers. However, I felt like the service itself could’ve been better. I made an appointment with Mark and he was extremely detailed in and made sure he had the exact picture of what I wanted.Came in with dark brown hair and requested to come out honey brown, just anything lighter. After trying for nearly 2 hours, Mark couldn’t get the color to lift for some reason! we’re not entirely sure what happened.though I went to another salon, and it was possible! And they also charged half the price.The hairstylist of the new salon that I went to thought that Mark maybe didn’t take any risk and that was the reason why my hair didn’t lift.So it turned out my hair was perfectly fine and could lift the way that I want it, and I came into the salon for no reason essentially.I would still recommend this salon to others, but I’m just unsatisfied with why Mark couldn’t get it to the color I wanted in our 2 hour our appointment?“
