My first visit was for a gel pedicure around lunchtime — my first pedicure in a while, so I was a little out of practice! Ly was so kind and even reminded me I was welcome to use the massage chair. I was too shy to try it that time, but it was a nice touch that he offered.

I went back today (Friday, 9:30 am) for another pedicure with Ly, and he didn’t disappoint. He carefully removed my old gel and applied a fresh set, and the whole experience was attentive, efficient, and just genuinely pleasant from start to finish.

“I have been going for one year now as a walk-in, because it’s difficult for me to set appointments since my schedule fluctuates and every time the ladies at Norma’s salon are available if not right away it doesn’t take much time. My son is autistic, minimal verbal who has sensory to noise and his own hair, they make it comfortable for him and they are incredibly patient with him even when his moving. Now that we’ve gone that long is so used to the familiar faces he feels at home. All the ladies are awesome and professional here and prices are reasonable too and it’s been so convenient for me as just a walk-in service specially for my son and now my daughters.“
