People seriously need to learn the difference between "people just being quiet" and not confusing that with a "bad mood."
If one of your customers isn't talkative, the first thing you shouldn't automatically assume and pester them about is asking if they're in a bad mood as that'll make a non-existent problem, a problem. If your customer is quiet, stop trying to ask them questions they simply just don't want to have a conversation. Train your employees to not jump to conclusions to make things worse.
Love this Great Clips location on Ann and Simmons so clean and conventially located for me but what makes it special is stylist "T"I know there are other good stylists but none like "T" being a senior citizen I appreciate her patience in making sure I get the cut I want while taking my allergies to product in mind.
