Desert Vision (Dr. Stella Lau) is an excellent UHC provider for eye exams and contact lens fittings ($75-$125 cost). Dr Tran WOW'd me with her people-centric service and excellent care. They also have an excellent eye frame selection and contacts and color lens availability that are competitively price to Big Box stores. I purchased a 6 months supply of lens and the eye exam were both covered by UHC Vision insurance. Overall - GREAT CARE & NICE DOCTORS!

Good service. Great Doctor. Good communication through the first time appointment. Made sure I was informed on what to bring and what to expect for payment. Switched to contacts and the staff made sure my family and I were comfortable with the quick schooling before we left. For me it was SMOOTH!

Dr. Lau is absolutely amazing!!! She has a great personality and knows what she is doing! She has helped my family and a few of my friends and she is hands down the best optometrist I have ever had!! Thanks for always providing the best care for my family!!

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! Dr. Stella is RUDE ! Do not waste your time going here, took my daughter in for an eye exam on 8/6/23. We have a new insurance and her practice is in our network. We walked in and the two ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful but Dr. Stella was super obnoxious and rude. She pretty much yelled at my 13 year old daughter because she was wearing makeup. She yelled about how horrible and bad it was and proceeded to tell my daughter she had the eyelids of a 75 year old women. ( what professional doctor ever makes a comment like that ) my daughter is a teenager all teenagers experiment with make up (she wears mascara and concealer) this lady is over here commenting on peoples image!! If you want to recommend people to stay away from make up, there are other ways to do it. Not by commenting on anyone's appearance and definitely there are other tones. Not yelling! Do not go to her practice if you don't want to waste your time, after all the fiasco she refused to prescribe my daughter any glasses because she "needed" her eyes dilated so which was never told to us at the beginning we would have scheduled the dilation. " according to her no place ever prescribes without eye dilation" which obviously is not true my daughter has a prescription from a different place but it's old and we wanted a new one. But she proceeded to say that she could tell us her prescription was going to be as bad as my sons an 8 year old with strabismus. My daughter does not have strabismus. I did not tell her FO because the ladies at the front desk were super nice.But I do not recommend anyone to ever go here. The doctor has no tact or sensitivity, I do not expect a place with candy and sprinklesBut I do expect to be treated with respect and forA professional doctor not to comment on my children's image. A waste of time, a waste of eye exam and a wasted copay payment.Do Not Go Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
