I had an extremely stuck gauge (screw back) for over a year, Javier was extremely patient and went out of his way to get the tools necessary to help me get it out and his customer service was top tier! He also discounted my service as he was understanding of my issue of having dealt with this for so long. The store was in tip top shape and I will forever be a client! I am grateful to have this earring out you have no idea!! Thank you Javier ?
Had a wonderful experience that took no longer than 5 minutes! Especially since Clowny assured me it would be quick & painless. He was right! I got my belly pierced after considering for a while! 10/10 experience!! Came here after work and was greeted immediately, was originally there for a nose piercing but after chatting with clowny the owner I showed him a design I was interested in getting tattooed and we got it done. It's one of my favorite tattoos so far and will definitely be getting more. Atmosphere and quality service. Thank you!!!
