I’ve been thinking about repierceing my ears I found this business close to my home. Decided to go into the business and to see what it was like. Well to my surprise I was greeted at the door by an employee by the name of Xavier who was very polite and friendly I explained what I wanted and he explained what I needed and proceeded to get it done. Well with his politeness he was done with the job of piercing my ears in a matter of minutes with no pain or discomfort. I did a walk-in for a anti-eyebrow at this tattoo parlor. I was nervous and my dad didn't want to sit in the room with me. I expressed my nervousness to Mr. Clowny and reassured me it would be painless and super quick. Honestly I didn't believe him, ive always had very painful experiences with piercings. He offered for one of his female coworkers- I believe her name was belli- to hold my hand. I've never been so comfortable in a tattoo shop in my life. It truly was painless and super quick. This man is a PROFESSIONAL, including how he talks to his customers. Thank you for the great experience.

I had an extremely stuck gauge (screw back) for over a year, Javier was extremely patient and went out of his way to get the tools necessary to help me get it out and his customer service was top tier! He also discounted my service as he was understanding of my issue of having dealt with this for so long. The store was in tip top shape and I will forever be a client!
