PA Michael Hughes does not know what he’s prescribing. He prescribed Famotidine to my 14 year old for the flu like symptoms. No other flu meds other than a nasal spray and inhaler. Why would my son need ulcer medication?! SMH!!

Never coming to this office again, Dr. Mitchel is zero professional, very rude and doesn’t have any bed side manners, she doesn’t even allow me to speak, if I’m paying you for my visit then why do you go to the room for a minute only?In addition, she doesn’t try to engage in conversation to distract you from painful procedures, doesn’t ask you how you doing or anything, even though she sees you in pain. I had to do another procedure but I am not coming back here, I rather pay another OBGYN that listens to me, and make me feel confortable.

DR YUSON IS AMAZING BUT THE CALL CENTER THEY HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONES DENIED TO SCHEDULE MY DAUGHTER SHE SAID SHE HAS TO BE WITH ME IDK WHY IF SHE IS A TODDLER I WAS AT WORK TRYING TO SEE IF THEY CAN SEE HER TODAY WENT TO AN URGENT CARE FROM HCA TO GET BAD NEWS!

Staff is friendly but every time I come the wait time is way too long and I always have appointment why tell me to show up 15 min before but don't get called to back until 30 min after appt time then still have to wait again to see doctor ..

Never had a problem with none of them and Dr Bennett Mitchell is my doctor forever and been with him since I got here and he's looking out for my good rate the as a 10

First, I’d like to say I’ve been coming to Southwest Medical for years and I’ve never had an encounter like this! Dr. Agosto was very rude, condescending, and dismissive and I will definitely not be returning to the civic center location.

I went to this location not feeling well. Everyone was kind and caring. I was seen in a timely manner and the nurses and doctor were very thorough. All in all, I had a good experience and will be using this facility again in the future.
