I recently had Budget Flooring install new LVP floors in my home. The quality of the installation was exceptional. Marvin & Abe paid attention to detail, which is evident in the final product. The installation process was efficient and well-organized. They arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. After finishing, they cleaned up the workspace, which I greatly appreciated.
Customer Service was great throughout the entire process (flooring selection, scheduling & installation).
Everyone was professional and courteous, and answered any questions I had.

After getting estimates from 3 other flooring outfits in town, Budget Flooring had the best price for luxury vinyl flooring. What set them apart from the other flooring companies was their customer service. The installers were courteous, friendly, and patiently answers any questions you may have about the installation process and what to expect. The owner, Don, truly has what is best for his customers in mind. He makes sure you are well-informed about warranties of labor and product, pros/cons about tile vs vinyl flooring, helps you avoid unnecessary added expenses, and he even does work that is not part of the flooring work/contract just to make it right for the... read full review
Excellent service! I called them and Don, the owner answered. I explained what I needed and he immediately understood. He personally came to my home to show me samples and provide an estimate. I knew I was in good hands and paid in full on the spot. Soon, the installers arrived and they quickly did their thing. I had a great experience and I will call again! Thank you Don!
