As a contractor I've used Zoom Drain a couple of times for drain replacement work. The work was scheduled and completed on time for the agreed upon price, which I thought was fair. I would highly recommend Jack and his team for any residential or commercial drain work.
JJ, Ashton, and Miguel were awesome! They were very friendly and professional. JJ explained what they were going to do. They worked hard to get the toilet unclogged and successfully did so. Ashton was downstairs while JJ and Miguel were upstairs. He was explaining what was going on. They completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. JJ said told us about the 30 day warranty, that we should be good to go, and to call them if the issue continues (he didn’t see that happening)! Thank you!
technicians arrived early after first calling to see if it was Ok. We discussed what the best way to clean the drain as the former owners of the house were pouring liquid cooking grease down the drain. I knew the drain needed to be jetted and the price of $480 was more than fair. The 2 techs were in and out in about an hour and left the area cleaner than when they came. As a former home builder I am more than familiar with pricing and quality of work by so called professionals. Your techs surpassed my expectations, and they were knowledgeable and also quite nice. I would only call Zoom for my plumbing needs
