We had been looking for luxury plank flooring for awhile and decided on a style. The local prices were very high per square foot, so we decided to buy online. We were close to ordering from a site but we could not get all our questions answered. Started looking elsewhere when we stumbled on the Znet flooring site. Prices were lower than all the other online sites we looked at, and less than half what they wanted locally. My husband and I both said at the same time: "too good to be true". However, we decided to call and got all our questions answered directly. We checked online reviews and all five star. So we ordered! The ordering and delivery options were clear and easy to navigate. There were regular updates on order and shipping status. The new flooring arrived as scheduled. Everything was double checked and arrived in perfect condition as expected. Our contractor installed the flooring as part of a kitchen remodel and we are extremely pleased. This flooring replaced 45 plus year old linoleum and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Znet Flooring.
Like others have noted, I was skeptical at first because of their extremely competitive pricing. I called multiple local flooring stores and they were all 50¢ to $1 more expensive per square foot and tried telling me Znet Flooring was an unauthorized reseller, they are a scam, multiple things. But after calling their support number, I was put at ease by their rep (I’m sorry, I forgot his name but he was super helpful and talked to us for almost 20 minutes answering a variety of questions!) The ordering process was as easy as buying from any other online store. Shipping was much faster than expected. And when it arrived, another rep (Misael) reached out via text to make sure everything arrived safely. There was a little bit of damage from shipping, but I made sure the delivery driver reported it and I got a copy of the damage report and Misael has been very easy to work with in getting a replacement box. I will be using Znet Flooring for EVERY flooring purchase I make in the future. I honestly cannot recommend them enough between their incredible prices and their amazing customer support!
