Honestly worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I drove 30 minutes to their location only for them to tell me that my masseuse had called out for the day. Mind you I booked this at 8am. They had all day to call me and tell me the masseuse was out but didn’t have the decency or good business practice to do that. I could hear two women in the back talking about how this masseuse calls out a lot. Very disappointing experience. Hope they do better next time but definitely never coming back here again.Edited to say the owner called and apologized which I truly appreciated, most business owners don’t take the time to do that. I have been getting massages ☺️ from Luz, She is one of the best massage therapists I have had, she has been consistent and has good energy. I went home and slept like a baby which has not happened in a long time. Thank you, Zen thank you Luz you are amazing. ? ✨ ?⭐️

Jenny helped me with a neck issue. I couldn't turn my head comfortably. She took her time and worked specifically where the pain was. She is caring and kind. Thanks to her I will be feeling better and can cook for my family on Thanksgiving without the horrible pain I was feeling.
