Zen Cleaners is a quick, dependable, trustworthy, and cheap dry cleaners. Many customers consider it the best in the state of Nevada. The kind woman working in the front is always wonderful, greets people nicely, and is always willing to help. She assists with carrying clothes and works with schedules and deadlines, even during garment emergencies. The business completes, fulfills, and returns items clean and beautiful. Prices are really fair and cheap, though maybe a few dollars more than others. Customers report years of excellent service, leaving happy and never having a problem. Many will never go to another dry cleaner again.
DO NOT USE!!! Highly recommend against using this place for any tailoring needs. I have a 12 year old stepdaughter- we brought her bridesmaid dress in to have the bottom hemmed up as it was too long. Otherwise the dress fit her perfectly. We told the woman we only wanted the bottom hemmed and she pinned it at the bottom very quickly and said ok. Two weeks later I went to pick it up, she charged me $10 more for her work- and when my stepdaughter tried on the dress, the tailor had completely screwed up and hemmed the inseam and made the dress 2-3 sizes smaller- so now it cannot zip up. The place is under new management, who are phenomenal. Quick, affordable, and very responsive to communication. I will be bringing all my clothes that require dry cleaning to this location from now on!
I am writing this review to protect other customers. DO NOT get your clothes cleaned here. I have been a customer for over a year and while the service was not perfect, we put up with it because of convenience. That ended tonight when I brought 4 shirts back all with stains that were not there when I dropped them off. When I asked for them to be recleaned, I was immediately accused (by the elderly lady) of 1) wearing the shirts and getting stains on them, and 2) then paying for having them pressed with stains on them all in the ploy to get a free dry cleaning.
