Linen Fresh Laundromat is a well-equipped laundry facility that offers both laundry services and dry cleaning. The establishment is known for its competitive pricing, with special deals available on certain days, making it one of the most affordable options in the area. While there have been occasional issues with some of the dryers not functioning optimally, the overall cleanliness and generally fewer crowds make it a convenient choice for those in need of laundry services.
Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, with the owner being particularly open and engaging. The ability to use card payments for washing machines, dryers, and the purchase of detergents and softeners on-site adds to the convenience factor. Reviewers have also highlighted the spacious layout and the diligence of the employees in ensuring the laundry equipment is always in top working condition.
I'm giving 5 stars for the very good service I got from one particular staff member. Her name is Yanely. When I realized that I inserted my laundry card into the wrong / out-of-service machine and was deducted accordingly, I asked Yanely if I can still retrieve my money. She patiently assisted me and used the company laundry card to pay for my drying. She told me that my next laundry will be on them because I still have $5 left. Will be back there for sure!
Facility was clean, well lit, all machines in good working order, well staffed, Jose took the time to help us setup a wash card and get our loads going. Would definitely return, thank you Jose!
We drove here spontaneously and were really happy. This was our first time in a launderette and the owner was so friendly, helpful and very open and talkative. The clothes were clean and dry. Card payment for detergent, washing machine and dryer was possible. Detergents and softeners from various brands could be purchased on site in small quantities. :-)
