We sadly had to put down our senior dog. They made the process so easy and explained everything. Very compassionate staff. It wasn't an easy thing to do but they made sure to ease our minds.

Doctor is great Doctor whitcraft it's amazing. My dog has skin problems and no doctor from other places could figure it out. And dr whitcraft did now she's under medication and getting better.

Normally we take our dogs to Grand Montecito animal hospital. I called with a emergency and they referred me here. I was a bit skeptical because I didn't look into the hospital before I brought my dog here. As they were giving us options the doctor mentioned a new medication they got in that will help him beat his sickness and the bill was even cheaper. I can confidently say bringing my dog here saved his life. I paid the $250 emergency fee which honestly was a great deal, it went into the exam, diagnosis and medication. I want to thank the doctors for treating my dog with such care and patience. He had to stay 2 nights and they had no problems with us calling frequently to check on my dog. They also had no problem giving us updates and letting us come see him. He showed huge improvement by the next afternoon due to the extreme care they provided for him. Not only that they took $700 off the bill due to how quick he got better by their care. I can never thank the staff, Vet techs and doctors enough for saving my dogs life. I will officially start bringing all my dogs here.
