I went because of sound issues on my computer. He was really thorough with the diagnostic and also used the information I gave him to identify the problem. In the process of everything he ended up getting computer sound to come through at least headphones. At the end he wasn't even bringing up the topic of the charge. I had to kind of push it. He meekly quoted me $5. But he did me a real service so I gave him $40, which he was still hesitant to accept. He gave me some further parts and labor quotes which were extremely reasonable. He is knowledgeable and dedicated, and he has a heart of gold. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Was missing a small screw for my PC and asked if they had any in stock. Offered to give me the screw and I am so grateful. Very friendly staff and will definitely be going if I need any help with my computer
