I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was assisted by Omar. This young gentlemen was very kind, patient and professional. He assisted me with selecting the correct frames and explained the warranty process. His friendly demeanor left me confident in my purchase. I will be referring everyone to him, thank you Omar!
As a life time user of glasses and contacts I had one of the best experiences with both the doctor and staff at this location. Dr. Thompson and Omar both made me feel well taken care of. They took their time to explain to me different options and choices with my insurance. I will definitely be back and continue to use this provider!
I went into this Walmart like I always do to get me groceries and supplies. It’s usually nothing special but this day, well this day was different. On the way out I noticed my glasses were scratched so I asked the employee, Omar, who turned out to be the manager, for some help.
This man was so helpful it’s changed the way I see (literally!!) customer service. He helped me pick a style that fit my face and was also very patient. Other places are so quick to rush you and get you out, that’s one of the reasons I’ve kept my old glasses for so long, but not Omar he made the process a breeze.
He was also great with my toddler and making her laugh.
