I signed up like a month ago. I've been calling the sales rep. numerous times, wrote some text messages, and no reply from him. My vivint camera has been almost everyday offline. This is not acceptable. I need someone to call me back or get in touch with me, I ask vivint customer service to get me a technician, and they want me to pay $99 for a technician???? I will post a review on the business bureau and try to get out of this. This is not nice at all.

I had never heard of this company before their aggressive, unprofessional saleskid showed up on my doorstep this evening. The whole interaction was completely suspicious. He wasn’t wearing a uniform, couldn’t produce a business card, and tried to get me to let him in the house so he could check out our setup. He also asked a bunch of questions about our home that he didn’t need to know and which I didn’t invite. He used high pressure tactics to get me to sign up for a credit trap with as little information as possible, acted completely smarmy, and just generally made both my wife and I completely uncomfortable. Was sold these security camras and I specifically asked for hard wired an they are wifi. After 4 days my camras crashed. As a professional truck driver I can't have my camras crashing due to wifi. I wanted to cancel an all they can say is sorry we can't refund you the money back.. the worst security company anywhere. Would never recommend them not even to my enemies. They work with bad faith.
