I have great insurance so luckily I don't have to pay the retail cost for the $800 pair of basic glasses. It's so depressing knowing that being able to see is so expensive but it's not their fault. They don't make the prices. The staff is friendly. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful educated me. Thank you.
Abby is the best! I've been going here for my glasses since they opened. Apparently my first review back then didn't post. :( Anyways, as someone with a high index prescription (can only see clearly 1 inch in front of my face, so extremely nearsighted), I'm HEAVILY dependent on my glasses. I need to TRUST people to help me find glasses that make me look/feel good. So, I always have one trusted family member with me. Here, I feel like I can come by myself and know I'll be taken care of and leave feeling amazing. Abby treated me like family and went above and beyond for me. Dr. Office staff was extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. Dr. Was kind, personable yet pleasant & studied from my fiancé hometown, Boston!
Glasses side, Emil assisted me choosing the best frames that worked best for me & also provided multiple options!
