This place billed my insurance $280 for frames and charged me a co-pay for them as well. Funny thing is, I didn't buy frames from them, I brought my own and had them put lenses in.Cigna has called them and asked to have it removed however it's been a week, numerous promises of call backs that haven't happened.I tried to get reimbursed for my frames, out of network and accidentally found out my claim was denied because they were paid.They basically defrauded my insurance company and have not fixed anything.I recommend checking EVERYTHING they do before you pay them and check your insurance claim they file.Not happy with this fraud and no attempt to fix it
The doctor and her staff were very good.I was seen quickly and the tests were done efficiently. The eyeglass side wasn't quite the same.They had a small selection of frames in my price range and I felt a little rushed.The glasses took over 3 weeks.I can confidently recommend Dr Gammoh if you need your eyes checked.
