My American Home Shield warranty denied coverage for my laundry room plumbing leak due to no straps on the pipes. My house was built 1985 (40 years old) AHS offered me a 2nd opinion, but there were still no straps on the pipes. Contacted Vegas Valley plumbing. Bailey came and within 2 hours, he secured piping needed from Home Depot, fixed the pipes, in addition to my toilet leak (which i just discovered). What a great company! My family got ourselves into a bit of a bind by purchasing a vanity based off looks and the basic measurements but forgetting to take into account the plumbing. The water lines needed to be moved to fit into the back of the vanity properly. Bailey came out, assessed the situation and provided an estimate to accomplish our goal of having the vanity installed and functioning.. The price was about a 1/3 of what other companies were quoting and he did a PHENOMENAL job! It came out absolutely perfect! I can't recommend Vegas Valley enough. It's a great family owned local business that isn't charging an arm and a leg. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience overall. 10/10 would recommend.
This company is fantastic! We had NIck and Tristan out to fix a plumbing issue. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They fiixed the problem so quickly and efficiently! We have had this company out twice now and will not hesitate to contact them again, when needed!!
