When the part I was looking for didn't exist at the Ace Hardware store I was in, the associate called another store and they had the part I needed. She then gave me the directions to the store that had the part I needed. Great experience!!
I had an incredible experience thanks to Cristian at Ace Hardware. I called in needing some help, and not only was Cristian extremely knowledgeable, but he also offered fantastic suggestions I hadn’t even considered. To my surprise, he was able to take my order over the phone, something I didn’t even know was possible!
When I arrived, everything was already prepared and waiting for me. I was in and out in no time, which made the whole experience so smooth and efficient. Cristian’s professionalism, helpful attitude, and attention to detail made this one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.
