I had a fantastic experience with Vegas Flooring Direct. Teddy, who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He never pressured me and stayed within my budget. He even encouraged me to shop around to ensure I was getting the best deal, and he was absolutely right.The installation crew was professional and went above and beyond. They even took care to ensure my dog didn't escape during the installation. The final product exceeded my expectations, and to top it off, they managed to come in under budget. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service I received from Vegas Flooring.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience here so far. Teddy is just incredible and does such a nice job at walking you through the flooring process. I will update my review after our install is finished but so far 10/10 with their customer service. I never once felt pushed to purchase anything or to exceed my price point.

Teddy was not only knowledgeable, he was super personal. He gave us a lot of insights on the flooring and what they have to offer. Not only that, when he start measuring out our home he made sure he was fair with his overage. He was super responsive and great customer service. I would not hesitate to refer my clients to him.
