Assembly instructions could be (much) better. Think "Quick Start Guide" with illustrations done by a graphic designer, not an engineer. Product support peeps are great though.
I LOVE my new water system!! Absolutely nothing better than clear great tasting water. my son/daughter recommended berkey through this company. the customer service was INCREDIBLE especially in the beginning because THIS is an investment. I really like the text option as they were VERY responsive and informative. This is not cheap and once you taste the water you will see why. the filter setup was kinda messy but super easy with clear concise instructions. NO MORE PLASTIC BOTTLES YAYYYYY!! Berkey reps are fantastic, as is the Berkey product line. Great help by phone or by text or email. We love the Berkey filters- really quality filters.And the water tastes wonderful!
